SafePaws Network

A free lost-dog alert network for daycares

Lost a pet? Report it and we'll push an alert to every SafePaws member near you.

Founding phase

0 daycares on the network so far

SafePaws is new. Every daycare that joins makes their city's safety net stronger — and the first few dozen in each city become that city's founding members.

What is SafePaws?

SafePaws is a network of dog daycares and pet-care businesses working together to help reunite lost pets with their families.

When a dog goes missing, we immediately email every SafePaws member in the area — daycares, coordinators, and neighbors who signed up for alerts. More eyes on the lookout means a much better chance of a safe reunion.

It's a new network — every daycare that joins strengthens the safety net in their city.

What a reunion looks like

We haven't had our first documented reunion yet — the network is brand new. Here's what it will look like when it happens:

1

Alert goes out

A pet parent reports a lost dog. Every SafePaws member within range gets an email within minutes with a photo, description, and last-known area.

2

Eyes on the ground

Daycare staff check their intake logs, review nearby cameras, and watch for the dog on regular walks. Community members share the alert.

3

Reunion

Someone spots the dog, calls the number on the alert, and connects the pet parent with the finder. We document the story with permission and share it here.

Real stories will replace this placeholder as the network activates in each city.
