Online bookings are opt-in. If you enable online bookings through WoofSpots, we take a 12% platform fee per confirmed booking — customer pays via card, we transfer your 88% to your Stripe account when you confirm. No booking = no fee.You can turn bookings on or off from your dashboard at any time.

Basic (free) gives you control over your listing but customers reach you through a contact form. Verified Dog ($39/mo) confirms your identity as the owner, displays your phone/email/website publicly, adds an Owner-Verified badge, and unlocks a 10-photo gallery. Search ranking is not for sale — results are ordered by rating, proximity, and review recency for everyone.
Does paying give me a better ranking in search?
No. Search results are ranked by rating, proximity, and review recency — the same criteria for every listing, paid or not. Top Dog listings receive a larger visual card, but it's clearly labeled "Promoted" so pet parents know it's a paid presentation and can weigh it accordingly. Trust cannot be purchased on WoofSpots.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, your credit will be applied to future billing.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Your listing stays on WoofSpots as a Basic (free) listing — owner-managed badge, basic info only. Your photos, offers, and public contact info will be hidden from the listing until you resubscribe. No data is deleted.
